Descend and Reign

Let them descend from the highest order of nature

And resurrect the will of the good,

And the decent,

And the truly brave.

The Women must reign,

If we are to salvage any of our remaining faith in each other.

These Women must reign,

As we witness the last gasp of a desperate and fearful people.

We witness, but we revel in the rediscovery

That evil prevails when good people freeze.

Our good people will not freeze,

They will crush evil in their tolerant palms,

And gracefully plant its remains to fertilize the soul of progress.
